BN Toler's Where One Goes ~ Cover Reveal & Giveaway

Where One Goes
Coming Spring 2015

I was never one to believe in spirits—until six years ago, when a bone-chilling accident changed my life…forever.
My name is Charlotte, but most people call me Char…and I have a special gift.
I talk to the dead.
Make no mistake, I can’t summon them. I’m only able to see and speak to the spirits that linger when they’re unable to crossover. They’re somehow weighted to the world with unfinished affairs. And for the last six years, I’ve relentlessly used my gift to help their lost souls.
But it’s come at a price. My life is dark. Feeling despondent, I’ve begun to give up. And in helping the dead, I’ve realized I haven’t allowed myself to live. With no money, no place to go, and most importantly… no hope, I’ve decided there is only one option—to end it all.
But fate is a funny thing. One minute, I’m about to leap to my death, and the next, I’m saved by Ike McDermott. The strong, striking soldier stopped me from putting an end to my despair. He’s the kind of man that smiles and brightens an entire room. Sweet and gentle.
He is my savior.
And he’s dead.
We’ve made an agreement. He’ll help me find a place to stay and a new job if I’ll help him with his unfinished business so that he may crossover.
Ike’s unfinished matter involves his twin brother, George. George has been falling apart since Ike’s death and Ike has not been able to compel himself to crossover in peace until he knows George will be okay.
When I agreed to help, little did I know that I’d fall in love with the charming folks of Bath County, and…Ike and George McDermott.
Now, as both brothers own equal parts of my heart, I am faced with a cruel and unfair predicament. In saving George, I must let go of Ike.
But how does one let go of half of their heart?

Author Bio:
I have a wonderful, supportive husband and three beautiful children.  I enjoy spending time with all of them which normally involves some baseball, shooting hoops, taking walks, watching movies, and of course reading.
My passion for reading began at a very young age and only grew over time.  Whether I was bringing home a book from the library, or sneaking one of my mom's romance novels and reading by the light in the hallway when we were supposed to be sleeping, I always had a book.
I read several different genres and subgenres, but Paranormal Romance and Romantic Suspense have always been my favorites.  I read anything by Katie Reus, Lora Leigh, J.R. Ward and Rebecca Zanetti.
I have always made up my own stories, and have just recently decided to start sharing them.  I hope everyone enjoys reading them as much as I enjoy writing them.

How to Write by the Seat of Your Pants: Outline or No?

I have only used an Outline in one of my seven current books. I used the outline due to the series of events went back and forth between the past and present and the outline helped me keep the flow. When I start a book I begin writing until I run out of what I have running through my head at that time. Normally my book will be about sixty pages of events that lead up to a finale. At that point, I start at the beginning and fill in the spots of the stories leading up to each event. That seems to be easier for me because I will think of an ending before I can determine the middle piece on how to reach that conclusion. The outline I used for Curves in the Road helped me keep up with where I was in the timeline but I haven't felt that any of my other stories needed it. I feel like it is a personal preference. Some people cannot work without an Outline, I'm more of a play it by ear story teller. Most of my stories have begun with one ending in mind and end up taking a completely different turn than I originally planned.

BN Toler's SAVAGE

Synopis

A savage is barbaric.

It attacks without restraint or pity.

It is fierce, merciless, and brutal.

Aldo has let that part of herself take over, drive her actions. I thought saving her from Bridge was my biggest problem.

 I was wrong.

Something happened while she was missing. And it has altered her in a way that she is almost unrecognizable.

But she won’t tell me anything.

Instead, I’m forced to watch the young and naïve woman I’ve fallen in love with transition into everything I knew she could be; strong, fearless, and unstoppable. The problem is, she’s cut off her humanity, and coupled with those things, she’s a loose cannon.

She’s a savage.

My name is Daniel O’Sullivan and I’m in love with a broken woman. I will bring her back and remind her of who she really is no matter what it takes.

Even if it kills me.

About the author

B N Toler lives in Virginia with her epic husband, Toler and their three rowdy children. When she's not reading and writing, she's thinking about reading and writing. Before she became a self-proclaimed writer, she worked as a real estate agent and as an orthodontic technician. **She will notice your teeth before your eyes or hair or anything.** She enjoys shopping (way too much) and is on a first name basis with several employees at the local Target in her town. She loves music,(bluegrass, country, 80's, actually she loves most music ~her favorite song is American Pie by Don McLean and she worships anything that is Elvis and Johnny Cash and Eric Church) dancing, (even though she sucks at it) reading, writing, eating (too much) sleeping late, (which she rarely gets to do) and laughing. If you can make her laugh, she will love you forever. Random and insignificant facts: She is addicted to Coca Cola. She hates onions. She loves thunderstorms. She wants to have Karen Marie Moning's babies. She curses....a lot...like way too much. She's immensely afraid of snakes. She fangirls over M.Pierce. She HATES reality television. She could eat her weight in Snickers candy bars. She loves books and movies that make her cry. She cries over anything remotely sad. She loves the Lord. She LOVES Jack Daniels and Ginger Ale (too much). She hopes she hasn't bored you to death.
